All products sold through our website are non-returnable. If you receive a faulty product, contact us at info@lumberjungle.com or submit our contact form. We will respond within 24 hours and may request photos or videos to verify the fault.

Once approved, the faulty product may be exchanged for the same product. If the replacement is out of stock, we will refund the original amount paid for the faulty product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device or computer monitor will display every colour accurately.
