Return Policy

All products sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for faulty products that are not replaceable with one-to-one exchange for the same product.

Refund Policy

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund request is subjected to approval (videos, image) and once approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal, DBS PayLah! or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
