Return Policy

All products sold by Lumber Jungle are non-returnable. If you receive a faulty product, contact us at info@lumberjungle.com or submit our contact form. We will respond within 24 hours.

We may request photos or videos to verify the fault. Once approved, the faulty product may be exchanged for the same product.

Refund Policy

A refund is available only when an approved faulty product cannot be replaced because the same product is out of stock.

The refund will cover the original amount paid for the faulty product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
