Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on business days and weekend or public holiday orders will be packed and dispatched the following business day. If we are having a sale event or if it’s the festive period, our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
2. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Each order will be delivered to only one address. You will have to create two orders if you would like to send two gifts to two different addresses.
3. Insurance
All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
4. Pre-orders
We will indicate in the product description when your pre-ordered items are likely to arrive. If your order contains both pre-ordered and readily available items, it will only be shipped once all your items have arrived. If you wish to receive the readily available items first, please cart the items out in two separate orders.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
No Warranty / Guarantee is given for all merchandises. Faulty products/parts may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days from date of purchase. All exchanges/refunds item must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all part intact. All unclaimed purchases or items will be forfeited within 14 days period.
